Welcome to CARTVERO RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED. We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact

We do not accept returns for:

Used or washed items
Products returned without original packaging or tags
Size or fit issues (please check size chart carefully before ordering)

2. Return Process

To request a return:

Email us at cartveroretailprivatelimited@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery
Provide your order details and clear images of the product showing the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days

If approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you with return instructions.

3. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

You will be required to provide bank account details for refund processing

4. Replacement Policy

We may offer a replacement instead of a refund if the product is available
If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Products purchased on sale or discount (unless damaged or defective)
Innerwear or customized items (if applicable)

6. Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges will be borne by us only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
In all other cases, return shipping (if accepted as an exception) may be borne by the customer
